We are not a broker, a fund, an investment firm or a financial adviser, and we are not authorised or regulated as any of those. We do not handle your money and we never will.

We work hard to keep lessons accurate and we check our calculations, but we do not warrant that the content is complete, current or error free. Broker terms, spreads and regulations change.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses or other loss or damage arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content.
Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Our content
The lessons, illustrations and mascot artwork on this site belong to us, apart from third-party material used under its own licence, such as animated reaction clips.
You are welcome to read, share and link to our lessons. Please do not republish them wholesale or pass them off as your own. If you want to quote or reuse something, email us and the answer will usually be yes.
Links and any future commercial links
We may link to third-party sites. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content.
We currently earn nothing from any link on this site. If that ever changes and a link becomes commercial, the page carrying it will disclose this clearly and in place, not buried here.
